Privileges

The application must be very simple to use. Therefore, it is essential to avoid complex privilege levels.

To achieve this, all users will have access to the same features except for the "Admins" who will be authorized to manage all assets, conduct audits, etc.

Users who are not admins will have access to a very streamlined interface that will only allow them to view the assets assigned to them and basic tasks:

• Sign an asset onboarding or offboarding
• Respond to an audit
• Make a request for consumables
• Etc.
